Sophia is excellent. I have had reflexology, both facial and on my feet and a zone face lift. Sophia has a keen interest in wellbeing and is extremely knowledgeable. She always starts session by enquiring about wellbeing. The actual therapies are just fabulous, I come away having experienced complete relaxation.. I a course of these therapies has helped me hugely through a stressful period.
