.. currently at 112 attempts to get them to answer the phone to place an order for tonight for dinner with a friend. I gave the food 5 stars, as I've eaten from here loads and the food is always really good.

We didn‘t expect much, but we were definitely surprised how really good the food was. They said 20 minutes and the food was ready when we arrived despite everyone was very busy around 7pm. Well done!

The food is standard kebab shop level the service was quite terrible the young lady behind the counter was very rude with her tone and actions and also managed to give me the wrong drink would think it was a early job especially on a quiet night

I just want to say I don’t know what you did tonight but the chips you gave me tonight were the best I’ve ever tasted whatever it was please do it again, I mean it the chips were literally the best you could hope for Michelin star stuff, please figure out what you did and do it again, the burger was ok I’m happy with it but would get a 3 star

Came with my girlfriend who was Greek, she loved it and the flavours! Hands down absolutely lovely food served with a smile. A must try!

We really want to like Ben's takeaway as both myself and my boyfriend have had really nice Chinese food from there and the staff are lovely (front of house staff are excellent, very friendly and the main man out front doing the grilling usually gives us a free drink when we leave with our food), however the food is too inconsistent for it to be our definitive fave Chinese. My bf has always been happy with his orders, in particular the sweet and sour pork, but I've ordered the satay chicken a few times and it looks and tastes different every time I order it. Sometimes the tub is full of meat, veg and thick dark brown satay sauce (I find it delicious when it's like this), sometimes the tub is full of chicken and veg with a thin layer of oily pale light brown sauce on the bottom (a picture of this is attached, it is disappointing when like this as the flavour is much weaker throughout the whole dish). We did try the kebabs once before but we weren't too keen on the quality of the diner meat. I'm sure we will return, and I will keep my fingers crossed that it will be good, but it would be better if I could depend on the food to be consistently nice.

I quite often order from here as it’s a local takeaway and all the family enjoy food from here. However, last night I placed an order and when it was delivered it was completely wrong! Before placing the order it took ages to get through and the wait was an hour an half which was fine as I understand they get very busy on the weekend and instead of going elsewhere I like to support our local takeaway! I tried calling multiple times to say the order was wrong and hoping that they would be able to correct this for me as if paid £45 for the family to enjoy a takeaway! After trying to get through for the best part of an hour, the rest of my order was obviously then cold! The phone just rang until they obviously hung up the call! I also messaged them on Facebook which they read and never replied! Very disappointing and very poor customer service!

Absolutely the best kebab I have ever bought! Properly cooked and every detail of the customers request taken into detail. Well run by a good and happy team, with Dennis the star kebab and burger king as front runner, lovely efficient receptionists that patiently take your order spot on every time! Well done all.10 out of 10.

Food was good, although my partners order was wrong and they forgot to give her, her main meal so I have to go back and collect it. The guy behind the counter is really nice and friendly where as the young lady working there seemed more interested in playing games on her phone. Not suited to front of house..
