Of all the opticians I have used over the years Finch Optical is way ahead in all departments. The free parking is an added bonus. The staff are friendly and the care and attention is second to none. You can be entirely confident that what you leave the shop with is the best that you can get and exactly right for you. Cannot thank the staff at Finch Optical enough. I rang with symptoms of shadowing in my eye. They arranged an emergency appointment at Cheltenham Hospital at 10am the following day - the same day I had surgery for a detached retina! Their quick response saved my sight. Thank you Hannah & Team

Bailey Eyecare have provided a really friendly and professional service from the start. I went in originally having been a customer of Vision Express, complaining of problems with refracting light. Bailey Eyecare took one look and immediately identified that the glasses were too small, and the lenses of poor quality - Something that Vision Express failed to realise after some 12 months. The dispensing optician talked me through my prescription, helped me choose a suitable frame, and advised on the type of lens I should have. The results are amazing and after many months, I can see clearly again!

Had a fantastic trip to the Opticians. All the staff at Bailey Eyecare were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. My spectacles are amazing. The lady helping to choose frames really knew what suited me. She also advised me to have a special coating on my lenses to help with night driving .
