After appointing Stroud alarms for the installation of a full fire system and intruder alarm system the next steps were swift and the work carried out was without doubt fantastic! The staff that attended site were punctual and courteous. Having to work around other trades which is not a simple task in such a small space. There was not a spec of dirt left behind after the job something I really appreciated. I received a walk through once the job was complete and training on how to use the systems. I would go as far to say one of the easiest parts in setting up my business was dealing with Stroud alarms and the install. It really was as simple as agreeing the plan getting the install date and saying thank you at the end of it all, Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Attended our business premises very promptly when we had an issue with one of our sensors. Engineers very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend :)

I have a restaurant in Cirencester & have used Stroud Alarms for many years. They have recently installed a new security camera system which I am extremely pleased with. They are always reliable & on time. Their service is fantastic, if you ever have a query they are always there to help. No question is too silly. They also do all my fire safety checks & installed my alarm system. I would recommend them for sure.

Very unsatisfactory visit from an engineer to service our working alarm. After 3 hours, he told us it was not working and that we needed a new system costing over £500. Our existing system was easily reinstated by another company.

I recently had issues with an intruder alarm at a property I have recently moved into. Stroud Alarms were extremely helpful and efficient. The office staff were very understanding of the fact I had no idea how to use the alarm and sent out a very polite engineer within the same day. The engineer turned up at the time specified and wore PPE and kept a very good distance. Overall very impressed and I will signing a maintenance contract as soon as I receive it in the post.

Very pleased with service provided over the past year, very good local company and reasonably priced. I have highly recommended to friends who have been equally satisfied.

Extremely bad customer services as I have written to them a number of times and have not yet received any responses and last time I contacted them 9 days ago and still waiting for responses.

Poor experience. Had an appointment for 9am and waited until 9.15am. I decided to rang the office where they didn't know where the engineer was. The lady on the phone just said it wasn't me who booked. Non existent customer service whatsoever. You tried to go local and give back to local business. What's the point.
