We are so fortunate at Southampton Hospital School to be part of the 'Read for Good' scheme. We regularly receive a wide range of great books for all ages, and the children love to browse and choose a new book. It has really helped to inspire a love of reading amongst our pupils and other children in the hospital. Our visits from the storyteller from 'Read for Good' are always exciting and engaging for the children, and really brightens up their day!

Read for Good is a fabulous addition to the services delivered to families at the Sheffield Children's Hospital. Children look forward to seeing the book trolley on their wards and the books get a lot of use. We are very pleased to support the delivery of Read for Good in the hospital.

Amazing charity which has supported reading and story telling at the Oxford Children's Hospital for many years. The project has enriched the lives of so many children and their families through their fabulous collection of books and storytelling sessions.

Working for Read For Good has been such a blessing being with such a passionate and professional team.
Their award-winning work is so essential supporting those in hospital and they are always coming up with new and innovative ideas to carry their work forward.
It is a privilege to be part of the team.

What a gift! The bookcase full of wonderful books for all ages and constantly replenished. A treat for the patients, their young siblings and families. Entering into a world of imagination far away from illness and hospital. Such a pleasure to be supporting this great project.

Admirable charity doing unique and valuable work that encourages children of all ages to read for pleasure (something far too few children do - yet it brings them so many benefits when they do) and also sends generous and regular supplies of free books and storytellers into children's hospitals all over the UK to make life better for children who are poorly. In an ingenious win-win set-up, Read for Good helps well children get sponsored for reading more, with the sponsorship money funding the hospital programme. As the mother of a chronically ill child who has been in hospital both as a planned admission and in emergency, I really understand what a godsend it is to be provided with the diversion and distraction of free books in a hospital setting, for both child and parent/carer, and I am enormously grateful on behalf of poorly children everywhere for what this charity does - and of course to all those wonderful kids who are reading away to help them. Heartwarming and inspiring stuff.

We have been dealing with Read for Good for several years now and you won't find a nicer more professional team of people to work with.
Keep up the good work.

An absolutely fantastic resource and a helpful, amazing group of people administering it. It is great to see the children's faces light up when they see the books.
